Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)

Members of our experienced technical staff excel in diagnosing problems and executing the necessary component repairs.

Pricing & Turn Around Time

Upon accepting your unit for overhaul and return, we will provide you with a cost and turnaround estimate. Aircraft on Ground (AOG) priority service can be provided at no additional cost (speak with a customer service representative). In addition, exchanges or loaners are available to reduce aircraft downtime.

Exchange and/or Loan

Exchanges provide an economical and time-effective option instead of waiting for the completion of the overhaul of your own unit. Consolidated Aircraft Supply Co., Inc. has a large inventory for exchange or loan. Our exchange pool was one of the first established and provides strong support to back-up our overhaul/repair service. 

Pricing & Turn Around Time

Exchange cores not in normal run-out condition, severely damaged units or wrong cores, are subject to additional billing. Examples of additional billing include: defective stators, fields, armatures, rotors, commutators, journals, shafts, endbells, housings, valve bodies, terminal blocks, fans, solenoids, electrical assys, circuit boards, pistons, etc. Additional billing will be invoiced within approximately 60 days (if needed sooner please contact us). Returned goods from cancelled exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

When placing an order for an exchange please let us know if you need EASA dual release as we provide the certification on request. 

Direct/Outright Sale of Parts & Rotables

We offer both new and old airplane parts & rotables and spare parts for sale. Sales of new and excess inventory is available on request. Please see our inventory for more information. Parts are available in one of the following conditions: New Equipment (Direct from Manufacturer/Distributor), Overhauled or Ready for MRO, As Removed from Aircraft, New Equipment (Direct from Manufacturer/Distributor) or Surplus, and Serviceable.

Pricing will be provided within 1 week of receipt of RFQ. We may be able to ship same day depending on quote approval time.

Aircraft on Ground (AOG)

Since 1960, Consolidated Aircraft Supply Co., Inc.'s experience in handling high-pressure AOG situations is unmatched. Our close proximity to the multiple airports within the Greater New York City metropolitan area allows for us to get your unit back out to you quickly.
